Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

I did a 10km race yesterday but my Garmin says only 5.9 miles. If it was a 10km my time of 42.12 is a PB but it wasnt a fast course and so I think Garmin is probably correct. :(

Go Velo! You and me for PB's!!! :-)

I had a full rest day today, 2 miles easy planned for tomorrow but will prob rev the engines and do the last half mile race pace. Then setting off to London.

Carbs driving me nuts, can't wait for a great big blue steak and peppercorn sauce after the race - a 22oz-er if I can find one!

6.37 miles at 74% WHR. Felt good. I was quite surprised at what my PMP is looking like... VERY pleasantly surprised. The run itself felt easy, fluid and fast in places. Loved it!
