good felt lousy but forced myself to go to the gym, warm up on bike still felt lousy onto treddy, 2.4 k gntly picking it up, then onto rower for 5 x 400m intervals, was feeling great by now, back on to treddy and another 2.4 k this time 8 200m intervals with 100m jogs, some of the fast bits at 6 min/mile pace :-) :-)

A hard interval session. 12x600m with 1min recoveries. My legs now feel very tight. Hope this speed work will help me PB at Reading.
