6.35M round Ickworth ( rang your home Mud LArk to see if you wanted to join me but no reply) very slippy in places & twisted foot in rabbit hole in 1st mile looking down fiddling with MP3.Hurt like hell but wore off but pain on flexing ankle since

Hiya BM, & everyone else.
After feeling like legs wer'nt recovering & feeling heavy,had 2 days no running !!!Gasp,
never took 2 days off in a row for a long time,But run 6 miles today and felt great ! even done loads of 1min reps/2 min rec, for 4 miles.the wonders of listening to your body !.
