Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Epic 12 miles offroad with 1350 feet of climbing. Trees crashing around me! Best run of 2007.

Oh my god its hellish out there, 5 miles at 8.40 pace.......first run this year I have been glad when it was over :(

Back at work now listening to the wind howling outside............I must admit a little smug that it didnt beat me :)

That was SCARY!!!! Had to really keep my wits about me. The wind virtually lifted me and carried me a couple of times. I think that was the first time I was glad when the wind was blowing in my face at least I knew which direction I was heading then....Headed off to St Ives where lots of trees and enjoyed 3 miles of the run more sheltered. In hindsight I should have driven up there and then done a couple of laps....

Blidy fantatstic! Got out during a gap in the rain when it reduced to a drizzle. Only 35 min 2.6 miles run/walk but the most running I've done since Sept. It felt great to be out again. No niggles and now want to do more.
