Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not to bad, 14.5miles, trying to keep between 70-75% of max hr, stayed in the zone for most of the work out, perhaps bout 20mins outside....(still trying to get to grips with this)
Was blowing a gale to start with this morning then started raining!! - Good times!

Tempo run, the best I've managed to achieve :-) Maintained a nice pace most of the time, the uphills were even a fair bit quicker than usual and, when I felt like I had really slowed down, I looked at my Garmin and I was still around my comfortable cruising pace for longer runs. :-)
(((((((LLL No1))))))) Hope it mends soon.

Intervals - not as fast as I'd hoped because of the stupid wind, but in HR terms I must've got the same benefit as a faster run in better conditions.
