Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Super!

I never enjoy running as much as I do first thing in the morning.

Really windy, dark (scary) but warm.

I will continue my morning runs, regardless of all potential Puddnappers who may want to harm me - so there! :)

Tempo run - 0.8m warm up, 4m tempo run, 0.8m warm down.

Found it REALLY hard to get my heart rate up to the 85% threshold level for the tempo part. It seems to take me 10 minutes for the heart to get going properly. The tempo bit was at 7min/mile. Was hoping for faster, but it'll come.

Windy out there!

On my one venture out with W Suffolk Wheelers we cycled to a tea room in Monks Eleigh from Bury & back. i think that would keep me fit done on a regular basis

7.5 miles LSR felt OK calfs were a bit stiff towards the end but no other aches or pains thank god. Calfs are stiff today even after icy shower straight after run.

Total rest is the only way to go CT either that or take your doctors advice ;)
