Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have my running top on but still in work trousers so halfway there. Should I risk the hip injury or rest up for a night

My wife is out on the bike at the mo so will see how I'm feeling when she gets back. Might just have a walk run later on after dinner. It's still feeling a bit sore maybe need a replacement. If I book one now the NHS will probably see me by the time I'm 60. Thanks for your concern SB

Was nearly with you there Hendo, but dropping hints to the OH that I wouldn't half mind a pint with him and his pal left me in no doubt that this was a boys only night, so nothing to do except go for a run. Which felt fine once I got out there, but I would have prefered the pint...

Absolutely brilliant! Loved it. I did Milford Fell race 4.5 miles and got a PB again! Well chuffed!

Weather was perfect, the race was hard though. Two Towels was there too. The hills were punishing but I felt quite strong tonight. Off to bed now - knacked :-)
