Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Decided to go out early before the storms hit this afternoon.

10 miles done but ended up struggling with dehydration because it's still so flipping warm (I'm a very sweaty runner).

Hoping to run later, but the rain forecast isn't good.
I'm a fair weather runner, I quite like the warm...

Accidentally an HM during lunch (long lunch), in easy slow pace. Enjoyable.

Dry weather at a premium, it seems - Downing St for Marchog ;)

Did you manage a session, Hunks? A HM has got to beat a boozy lunch any day, Bowman. Great stuff :)

Hope you're soon recovered, riggsy.

9.30 before I set off: steady rain, mild, fresh S breeze. Looped round adventure centre and between the lakes, then took a high line along the beach, as the tide had left a string of wide pools. Turned back at The Serpentine, trails past leisure centre and over the coastal park. Unsurprisingly, no-one about. An hour & some seconds.

Nah, didn't get out. If I'd finished work half an hour earlier it would have been ok, but it was atrocious then so I did indoor exercises. I haven't been out of the house since Wednesday lunchtime.

I'll be fresh for a run tomorrow.

Feeling better today but having a rest day may run Saturday or Sunday. Just ordered my new racing flats for next Sunday’s 10k and the marathon. Be ready to collect from decathlon on Monday when I am off work 😁

I went the other way and just bought some Tempo Next% for my future speedy runs :) No thin race shoes here. :)
Good to hear Riggys!
