Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

OOh Andrew take it easy, it will be a rough ride, but you know ou will come through (albeit by sheer luck and the shin of your teeth). My thoughts are with you. Just make sure you take plenty of those time honoured man antibiotics that help you through ... they are of course ... Struggle manfully to work but expect everyone, especially your wife to notice, Several shots of Brandy in everything, Make sure you blow your nose with the most effort and noise possible and always inspect the contents, Sniff manfully with every breath, Groan, Groan some more, Absolutely shun any form of housework, groan, Watch telly and flick througyh every channel - never spending more than 8 seconds on each one and complain, Snore like a biatch, Ask for sex in between sniffs as you heard it may help, Remember starve a fever but FEED a cold, groan some more,

Do all of this and you will get better in fourteen days, or two weeks whichever comes the sooner.

best wishes mate

That all sounds familiar! I had a good 4 miles today. The wind was behind me mostly and I kept my HR down much better. :-)

Great - longest/timewise ever - 14.4miles in 1h40m48s, mainly along prom Llandudno to Colwyn Bay - windy, but mild and dry.

A blidy fantastic 30mins run/walk on a treadmill that covered a massive 3.1k. Not my most demanding or scenic run but as it's the first one since mid Sept and I had no twinges/discomfort it was brilliant!
