Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

mostly calm, slow pace, in the sun, across fields, with the hound, crossed a shallow river, though only short most pleasant.

It was a good LSR in company for a change. I cut it a little short because of a twisted ankle but it was still enjoyable.

longer than I thought it was going to be. Ran back from where #1 was playing football - I thought it would be about 8 miles (it didn't look that far on the map) - turned out to be 11.

Brighton Half Marathon got the pacing wrong and finished in 1:49. Set off a little to quick. One bonus was that my lower back pain has gone because I pulled my hamstring to something close to its normal size.
