Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Into work, shower, worked. Home from work via different route. About 8 miles in total with some hill reps. (3 miles in, 5 back.)

My run was very special, head-torch on to the top of Arthur's Seat to see the sunrise. One for the memory banks :-)

7 miles quicker than I expected given that I'd done plenty today already.

Great. 6 miles with storm clouds rushing in from the Atlantic. Chased in by hail showers in the dying light.

Really pleased with my run today!

8 miles @ 7:05 - 7:10 pace (untimed)

My first run in 10 days where I didn't have any problems on the nerves of my left foot.

Enjoyed the first 3 miles (nice conditions), but felt a bit tired for the rest.. I suppose I will put that down to my race yesterday.
