6am is great - freezing crispy cold, beautiful sunrise, no-one around to get in my way apart from the bloke doing the same circuit as me but in the opposite direction, so we bumped into each other twice

was ok - although left knee giving a bit of grief. Enjoyed the cold sunshine...it's jsut getting out of the door that's the difficult bit.

Managed to off load the littlest one this afternoon and went for a fantastic sunshiney run in Windsor Great Park. Its the first time I've done the park since the half marathon and it was wonderful - zoomed up them there hills and did my fastest time ever on the inner loop. Glorious weather, no one around apart from a couple ofpheasants, superb views over Windsor and a pb - what more could a girl ask!

Very cold. A nice slow 5 mile run with Heidi. It looks like her hamstrings have recovered and she's determined to run on Sunday

isnt it cold I find it hard to get motivated as the first 10 minutes or so are so cold but if i wear too much i am too hot, mind you i was freezing all morning but warmed me up for the rest of the afternoon.

Did some intervals this morning weather was great, blue sky, a bit nippy but still tight shorts weather me thermals are standing by!Really good work out had today.
