Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6am is great - freezing crispy cold, beautiful sunrise, no-one around to get in my way apart from the bloke doing the same circuit as me but in the opposite direction, so we bumped into each other twice :)

Cabletow - I did some backwards running today. Only about 200m but it's actually pretty easy!

Managed to off load the littlest one this afternoon and went for a fantastic sunshiney run in Windsor Great Park. Its the first time I've done the park since the half marathon and it was wonderful - zoomed up them there hills and did my fastest time ever on the inner loop. Glorious weather, no one around apart from a couple ofpheasants, superb views over Windsor and a pb - what more could a girl ask!

Very cold. A nice slow 5 mile run with Heidi. It looks like her hamstrings have recovered and she's determined to run on Sunday :-)
