Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If I use the word improvements, rather than benefits, then I think the answer is almost straight away. I always find that having done an interval session, the next one will be even better.

My run was lovely. I went out for 2 miles (still on the road to recovery) but it felt good so I did 4 in the end.

good on you max!
CT wouldnt your family like a nice day out in Stowmarket? - they could go to the museum of rural life, can't think of anything else in stow apart from aldis, lidls and asda, but doesnt the lure of a luminous hat sound tempting? ( mind it might be something different this year)

5 miles first thing. I felt good, but the wind made it difficult so I didn't go as far as planned.

New trainers have arrived today - can't wait to get out in them tomorroW!

No RT the family are fully aware of the pleasures that stowmarket has to offer and would rather stay at home. They did come and greet me at the finish of Felixstowe. The problem I have is that it is the wifes Birthday and the Father in laws birthday. Brownie point issue I feel.

I cannot make the Hadleigh ten as I am working that day so its a little gutting, but I guess if I promise that I will be a good boy and not pester her for sex for a few days I may get a pass

Why is it that us men have to pester for sex CT??? Do we just become a tool for DIY when we slip on that ring ;)
