Once again I thought about running today
But didn't, as I can't be @rsed
Actually, off to the gym this evening and I might squeeze in 20 mins on the treadmill. I have a new pair of shoes to break in, and that's a nice way to start.

Fab run tonight, I feel fully recovered from Abingdon, I was a bit concerned about achy shin so saw sports fiz for a massage today, he said legs were pretty good, went for club run tonight, 5.5 miles / 50 mins, legs felt strong

mostly good ian...had a reunion at the weekend and saw some old friends which was lovely but also sad because i saw for the last time a friend who is going overseas
run today: just treadmill, 3 miles at 10m/m roughly then intervals (i have finally succumbed!!) at 8m/m for 2.5 miles (inc walking)
