Swttle, that's a co-inkydink. I had a nostalgic run too, up past the office I used to work in and round past the cinema where I saw Star Wars when I was 8, and past a house I used to live in and through an area where I used to cycle a lot, and to a park near where my grandparents lived many years ago. Very odd emotions were provoked. Good but odd.

Lowish mileage week but ended it on a high - a determined 16 miler, the furthest I've ever run.

Fenland Runner
Foggy drizzly 13 miler, due to 'improvements' along the river bank was very muddy near the Fish and Duck which resulted in slow running

Quite a haul of nostalgic triggers, Nellers When I return to run an event after a few years, I pick up on prompts too: same start? Marshalling? HQ?

First 11 mile really good last 3mile had to really push. Thought if I came off the road and on to the flat towpath it would be easier but got bored so went back onto the undulating roads. I'm starting to like the hills

A tranquil 14 mile run on the Strathkelvin Walkway. There was a slight breeze, but nothing too challenging and I enjoyed the gentle pace.

11 miles and pace was good. Had to weave around seemingly thousands of kids on scooters. It seems every kid has one at the moment.
