A verry pleasant 18 miles, marred only by stupid gusts of wind (weather as opposed to bottom variety)

12 miles of wind in the Northumberland hills. Hard and horrid, the wind seemed to change direction half way round so that i ran into it the whole way. Very slow going. Hope its not like this at Liversedge next Sunday!

14 windy miles, forgot how much extra effort it takes to run into the wind, felt so slow, was just glad to finish, roll on parkrun!

Entertaining. I've had a route planned for a few weeks to try, and it being mild enough that I wouldn't mind waiting at the station afterward I decided to go for it. It was from Ledbury to Malvern via Midsummer hill and all the way along the tops to North Hill before descending. I was completely battered, struggling to catch breath at points, and having my feet thrown in all directions by gusts. In some strange way it was rather enjoyable!

Im A Runner
7 miles tempo for me, pouring with rain and windy, very windy. Fastest I've ever done that route and another 10k PB in there. Nights like tonight are the nights that make you feel like a runner
Happy Running Everyone
