Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nellers - are you a member of Pitsea Runners? I have a friend who is in that club. :-)

No I'm not, Mrs W, but they seem like a really good bunch. I've chatted to a few of the chaps at various races and I was there early tonight and helped the short-arsed race organisers putting their Gazebo up.

14 miles at sub 70% HR and for the first time I've stayed with a 10 minute mile average pace! Grinning and sweaty and ponging a bit at the mo!

Nice Nellers!

Short and sweet again, testing the bad knee.

Three miles split between the deserted byways of Waterloo L22 and the dewy trails by Crosby Marina - just the right mini taper for the Meanwood Valley Trail in Leeds tomorrow :)

Bloody lovely. Went out and did 10 miles, didn't worry about my pace, just enjoyed myself. :-)

7.5 miles with the odd drink/walk break through country paths and not busy roads, was marvelous even though a bunch of considerably faster runners swooped past at one point

Just a tad over HM distance at around PMP, N_I_C_E ;-) Part A of the weekend double completed. Try for three hours TOF tomorrow.
