Watford Wobble
A not bad 12 miles. Birds seen kestrel, great tits and buzzards. Lovely run in bright sunshine.

Fab 10 miles on a loop that I hadn't done for a year & missed very much while I was away. Stunning views and lovely sunshine:) I was beaten by the Hill of Doom & had a tiny walk break but soon got going again when the pong from a mountain of chicken sh*t in the field reached me!

Muddy, 5 miles, but discovered a new loop back home via a previously undiscovered public footpath. One of those runs where you're not too sure if you're going in the right direction, but suddenly you realise you are when some familiar land mark homes into view. It's nice feeling.
