20 miles along the Thames Path with Enthusiastic! Much better than I'd expected, given the recent shin splints problems. Tired now, but feeling no worse than I've ever done after a 20 and better than I've felt after lots of them. And starving!!

A rather measly 5.25 miles but getting faster!!! Very windy out there and a little twinge at knee so may need to invest in new trainers, i think mine have probably just done 500 in total!!!

A cracking cross country run, being dropped off by the OH on the way home, then going cross country finding new routes, a cracking run, even if I did have to walk up one hill. Scenery is still brilliant in Sout hShropshire

15 Miler this morning, thought it was going to be a slow one but ended up with my quickest time and managed to beat the rain entitling me to a guilt free Easter egg and 2 hot cross buns.

A rather hilly 6 mile recovery run. Tried out compression socks for the first time. Struggled getting them on, panicked trying to get them off!!! Found them to be quite good.
