Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Not having one ..... looking forward to the forest trail tomorrow. Kids on their bikes and me and my wife running after them. We always catch them on the uphills, and there are a lot of them!

Rest days are pants, may have to go to gym.

Didn't run today but watched rugby while on exercise bike. Discovered its a good way to watch it and get about 90 mins cycling.
Back to the trails tomorrow.

Great one today. I'd been feeling good after all my half-marathon training and finally shaking of a cold. I went to Bedfont Lakes for parkrun with the attitude that I would give my all for a PB.

Result: a stonking 94 seconds off (26:09 from 27:43) :-o
