Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

tired....until a herd of Low Fell RC came down the hill I was going up. Called out "its Low Fell Running Club!" but got no reply.
Spotted another herd of them later. I changed my route just to go after and overtake them, and got the lot of 'em. (Bullyboy eh?)
Didn't spot the antichrist Alan Elders.

7 miles - listening to the new Joanna Newsom album(s) which is not ideal for running at a faster speed. About 43 mins and some seconds.

6 mile run home, ran with a new runner from work and struggled to get back to my pace after I left her.

saw 4 other runners.
1. a "lady" changed sides of the pavement, obliging the gentleman/mug to run with their back to oncoming traffic.
2. bloke who nodded at seeing another runner.
3. some guy I easily overtook.
4. another rucsac runner, maybe just finished work like me?
