tired....until a herd of Low Fell RC came down the hill I was going up. Called out "its Low Fell Running Club!" but got no reply. Spotted another herd of them later. I changed my route just to go after and overtake them, and got the lot of 'em. (Bullyboy eh?) Didn't spot the antichrist Alan Elders.

20 miler this morning, felt really good till about mile 15 where heavy legs and fatigue set in struggled on till 18 miles and had a breather then finished of the last 2 miles, was glad to get home.

saw 4 other runners. 1. a "lady" changed sides of the pavement, obliging the gentleman/mug to run with their back to oncoming traffic. 2. bloke who nodded at seeing another runner. 3. some guy I easily overtook. 4. another rucsac runner, maybe just finished work like me?
