excellent run this morning, just over 10 and a half (mainly because I was day dreaming and went up the wrong road!), looking back at my runs, this was the fastest pace 10.11 since the end of august, so pretty chuffed. still in shorts as well...

went over to my local woods thought it would make a nice change, bit of a drive but not too far, planned on doing 6 did 4 instead, think I might have started of too fast and jiggled myself up started to feel quesey and then needed to do what to good old fashioned bear needs to do, still felt quesey afterwards but after awhile it passed then I started to really enjoy my run and when I got to mile 3 a stitch started appear ffs which pretty much finished my run and my back also stiffened up like it had rigger mortis, but believe it or not it was a good run, saw wild deer too - bonus

Four low quality miles after pushing on a tad in the gym - Wednesday's fell stuff may also have played a part. Onwards....
