Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

excellent run this morning, just over 10 and a half (mainly because I was day dreaming and went up the wrong road!), looking back at my runs, this was the fastest pace 10.11 since the end of august, so pretty chuffed. still in shorts as well...

went over to my local woods thought it would make a nice change, bit of a drive but not too far, planned on doing 6 did 4 instead, think I might have started of too fast and jiggled myself up started to feel quesey and then needed to do what to good old fashioned bear needs to do, still felt quesey afterwards but after awhile it passed then I started to really enjoy my run and when I got to mile 3 a stitch started appear ffs which pretty much finished my run and my back also stiffened up like it had rigger mortis, but believe it or not it was a good run, saw wild deer too - bonus :-)

Four low quality miles after pushing on a tad in the gym - Wednesday's fell stuff may also have played a part. Onwards....
