What started as a short, hilly, mostly tarmac out-and-back, CBA, maybe recovery run after last night's race, turned into an I-feel-ok, let's-go-for-it, I-will-run under 7-min/miles, hilly, six mile run. Only by finishing with a 6:15 min/mile, which was pushing it a bit. Very nice.

No rain, bit windy and superb views from the top. Dog behaved perfectly off the lead near sheep (as expected).

Great - I have just done 10.05 miles - I know that isn't far in alot of peoples books (or training logs) but it is the furthest I have ever run and I was also pleased with the time averaging 10 min 13 secs a mile (again not quick by some standards but good for me!!
