Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just back from it - low evening sunlight all the way. What started as a short, hilly, mostly tarmac out-and-back, CBA, maybe recovery run after last night's race, turned into an I-feel-ok, let's-go-for-it, I-*will*-run under 7-min/miles, hilly, six mile run. Only by finishing with a 6:15 min/mile, which was pushing it a bit. Very nice.

Cracking fun with Puma and his dog up on Ragleth and Long Mynd in Shropshire, couple of hard ascents, little bit of route finding (we had to go through town). No rain, bit windy and superb views from the top. Dog behaved

perfectly off the lead near sheep (as expected).

WooooooooooooooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Great - I have just done 10.05 miles - I know that isn't far in alot of peoples books (or training logs) but it is the furthest I have ever run and I was also pleased with the time averaging 10 min 13 secs a mile (again not quick by some standards but good for me!!
