Not been out. My foot felt sore yesterday and though my laces were tight. Feels worse today. I went over on my ankle at a fell race on Tuesday but not sure if it is related to this as it felt OK Wed/Thur.

Well it was on friday and very interesting. The light of my life started running, we managed to do 1.63 miles as run walk, her majesty will be registering soon on this website. She's promised to do the Shakespeare 1/2 if I run round with her (then I'll carry on for the full!) should be interesting!

well done H. I am no Coach, but there is no greater feeling than getting someone out running, mentoring them and taking them through their first event.
good luck with it!
