E_A_S_Y 2.4 miles then 10 sharp hill reps then 2.4 miles E_A_S_Y back to gym for a good stretch:)

5 miles at 6:49min/mile and an average of 75%WHR
3 gentle miles this evening with V'rap - lovely job :)
