Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

have been extending my lsr on sunday to 9 miles, this morning had a case of cba so i persuaded myself to go on just a 6 miler. knew i would be ok when i got out, had a really good run beating my best time over this course by 2 mins 40, at 4 miles i had to hold myself back. the best run ive had in months.

personal problems

We were due today , to run Leighton Buzzard 10 miler

but i've been feeling mentally unwell and subdued, my wife just isn't well

so, i decided this morning not to go and just go training-

so i packed our stuff, and just put my wife's electric scooter in the boot, and headed off to Draycote water, only intending a quiet walk of one lap 4.8 miles

My wife said, i'm fine, i'm safe, i'm going to go quiet and just watch the people - so she said GO ON you two off you go and do some training

So, once we got going, - ( it was packed literally ) i could'nt believe it - people bloody knew us, i could'nt believe it - people who did'nt know us, just loved seeing what we do -

we eventually did 3 laps 14.4 miles, i kept my watch off , i did'nt want to keep looking at it

The questions people were asking me was just incredible -

it was a relax and run for fun job - it was good, real good, made me feel just bloody fabulas
