Bloody hell, running on rough muddy trails doesn't half slow you down. One mile out of the park. Ah. Right. So the inward journey was mostly uphill. THAT'S more like it One-and-a-bit miles back. ALL uphill, some of it quite sharply so. Ah. Right. So THAT'S why the first two miles felt so effortless. Quite enjoyed it
