The Nike customer service people and the lovely bods at Sweatshop Cambridge have been brilliant. It's just a shame that the watch was so poorly built. So, while my new toy is charging, what do I need to know?

Tried the master reset sequence (holding the light and lap button to turn on, didn't work. Any one any idea's before I start stamping on it? Had it 18 months and it's been mostly well behaved, had to reset a couple of times when it's been in a little tizz. But nothing like this.
