How about wish everyone/5 people you meet on your run (whichever is the fewer depending if you run in the city or the sticks) good morning/afternoon/evening then blog about the reactions of those people to being greeted by a sweaty stranger...... That would also be a poke in the eye for the 'runners are so unfriendly they never acknowledge anyone' brigade too so 2 for the price of 1

He calls it runvember just runs up to people says hello takes a pic and posts them. Been at it a few years has some regulars...a lot of binmen early doors. Would work pretty well as an idea. Also Marple runners just did a big round up collection of old but usable running kit for the running charity...could fetch as a whole do that over christmas...could be difficult to set up.
