Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Count me in - most probably with two Junior TR's as well
Boycie, I know you'll whip my ass in real time, but clearly as it's a Fetch event we need to take those Fetch age ranking adjustments into consideration ;)

You'll need a 5.37 to match my 5.03 age graded TR - think you can do it ;)

That's assuming you are 45 - you might be older in which case slower ;)

Boycie, I'm 47. When I did the Derby mid-week 5k earlier in the year I did the first mile in 5:45, so it's not outside the bounds of possibility. However, given my dismal performance in the Harriers handicap run-off last night (no faster than 6:57 pace over 4.3 miles), I've got a lot of speed training to do in the next month or so. I suppose that's the effect of injury and then concentrating on endurance for the Leicester marathon :(

ok, seeing as there has been a poor response for this, there seems no point in booking the track.
