On the 9th March I posted the following:- Declaring my main newt - pushing for a substantive contract at work, I have been on staff bank and in the same position for 23 months, now I want it made permanent on my terms, i.e Tuesday to Friday 8-12.30 not the longer hours I am currently doing, also pushing for another team member to bring the post up to full time, I am writing my own job description and pushing for formal training as a FOI practitioner, I then want to deliver staff training. Update:- It took forever to progress the permanent position, NHS wheels turn extremely slowly, my job had to go out to ad (internally) and I have to submit an application for it which I did this afternoon, closing date is tomorrow and interviews probably week after next, I have persuaded a friend to apply for the the 2nd post to bring it up to full time hours, still trying to get training sorted and the rebanding, I guess I will get there in the end.
