H - yes it is steeper up but I think the down has a steepish bit
I will be sloooow 4.40 at Gloucester so sub 5 hopefully

Bloody hell.
That was a nightmare!
Whoever created that route clearly has something against runners... hardest marathon/race I've ever run. Those hills are not to be undermined!
I ran 3.45 and was fourth woman (I think) which I was pleased with won't be doing that one again though and the freak blizzard at 8:00am shook my confidence somewhat!
Fantastic organisation and everything went smoothly though, Beyond The Limits should be proud of themselves for today
