Just watched the race recording from Eurosport. Followed by a really good show on some of the bigger trail races.

Think me and Mrs J may have just made a draft plan for a road trip, incorporating me running Chicago 2025, as long as I get in of course. :) Not a race I had ever particularly considered previously but its Mrs J's Dad's 80th next September, so we could conceivably fly that way round the world to get back to NZ. Fingers crossed for my first marathon major then. I'm quite excited by that thought.

Well, I'm feeling very organized. Successful and paid for entry. Flights booked and paid for. Accommodation for four nights in Chicago booked and paid. Pleased to have sorted all this before the ballot results come flooding in a few days from now. All that's left is to arrange the rest of the two-week's we'll have in the US.
