Just about keeping up - (I think) - but 20 post this afternoon! - don't you lot work?!
Slightly worried about the admin once everyone's colds clear up and the thread gets even more buzy.

Agreed this should be about improvement - I wonder if Lord Fetch could add a Rowing PB page?

Resistance shouldn't matter -- it's actually harder to go fast on the lowest resistance. But 5 is nice for rowing anyway IMHO.

Sheesh you lot can type!

The gym phoned me today :-o to ask what the could do to get me back using the facilities..... Next thing I know I'm in there at 5pm discussing a program :-o Luckily with a lass who has run a very similar Mara time to me an happy no to make me a body builder.

Anyway the point - I only did 5 minutes so I don't even make it to the header but felt I should report in anyway.... I think that makes me last after a few empty lines! Anyway 938m in 5 minutes - 3 times that I have no idea if I'll manage an if I do no idea if I'll be able to keep up that pace!

Hope I feel even better before the next attempt.... I almost want to go back right now but vomit would be almost certain given ive no long finished dinner :p

I had a go at this before going to Body Balance tonight.

Wasn't sure how to set a 15 min timer so just rowed for around 15 minutes.
Managed 2592 in 15:07, plenty of room for improvement and will have another go next time I go to class.
