I think I'd need to see the generic risk assessment for form compliance before trying the more niche 'voluntary attendance interview' version.

To London Employees

Our building management team have advised us that they will be having the mezzanine floor sealed on Saturday, 30th December. Tomorrow and Friday 29th December preparation works will take place, which involves grinding back the floor. During this time, it could be quite loud on Level 1 as the noise will travel directly up to the top of the escalators.

The access to the passenger lifts tomorrow and Friday 29th December will be maintained to ensure access to the floors accessed via the mezzanine is uninterrupted.
On Saturday, 30th December, the access to the mezzanine including the passenger lifts that are taken from this floor will be out of bounds. The Security team will be on hand to assist with the access via alternative routes.

If you are coming to the office on any of these days- please be aware.
