Not sure if I'll get to start today. There will be press ups in my next workout but it might not be until tomorrow. We've got a big lunch planned and I'm unlikely to feel like doing much but nap after that!

I think I've joined this challenge every year it's been going on Fetch.

I know I've failed every year I've joined.

But as I started a daily(ish) workout programme in Dec I might as well sign up for this. Bring it on!

4 sets of 30 done so far. Spreading them out throughout the day really helps and you'll surprise yourself how many you get done by the end of the day. Doesn't matter if it's single ones or a higher number. Try and do sets that are not at your very limit.
