But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Started the day with a set after every mile run. I found by taking a rest before starting to run allowed lactic to dissipate and so less pain unless anyone knows what else causes the pain?

How big were your sets Dunc? If they’re longer sets them it might well be the lactic acid. Shorter sets i wouldn’t have thought there would be time for it to accumulate but I might be wrong.

110 for me this morning in a 30 minute workout mixed with pull ups, squats and abs.

50 reps Nellers, the last time I tried this I did 30 reps every half mile with similar effects . It’s not very pleasant and attracts unwanted attention but hey ho
