Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No idea but as I don't have a bad back from doing it years ago - and surviving on a sip of Cherryade through the 1970s - I'll probably be ok ;-)

Oh and school milk. I had school milk until Maggie said I shouldn't. So I am strong. Until Maggie said I wasn't allowed to be any more.

Found less time at work for sets due to more customers on my buses since BoJos announcement last Monday 😡

Just found this thread. Tried the press-up pyramid last year: do 1 on Jan 1st, 2 on Jan 2nd, 3 on Jan 3rd etc so you end on 365 which equates to 66,795 for the year (or 67,161 in 2020 as it was a leap year) Started well doing 10/day & building from there once I got to the 11/1. Got harder once I had to do 3 sets so by March I quit.
Much prefer this set-up: I can take a day (or 2) off & ❤️ the tracker will be a great motivator. Already done a few this year but no idea how many (few 🤣) so I’ll just pitch in now.
Just logged my 1st 2 sets of 10 😃 Could really feel 🔥🔥 core! It’s been a big day’s training. 😎

That pyramid sounds a bit mad and a bit back end for the year...

It certainly got too much for me pretty quickly OS.
At least it’s progressive I guess.

I got the idea from someone on a RW forum who’d completed it successfully.

Up & at ‘em again today. Can feel yesterday’s unaccustomed muscles complaining 😅

Perhaps you could just do it monthly so each month you get a bit of a rest at the beginning as not so many to do.

Or go by the week number. That would ramp up gradually.
