I have had alot going on this last week, and I'm pretty stressed out and down. Running helps but after that and by the time I get other stuff done I am knackered. I have a one year old to look after as well as work and look after the house. I will try harder just not today.

Back into it after the weekend off. Through the simple expedient of doing sets of 2 x 15 instead of 15 and then 10, I have reduced the number of sets needed each day from 6 to 5.

I've struggled today. I moved from the 4th stair to the 3rd, as I can now do 3 x 10 in one session at that angle, but couldn't do even one controlled press up. I felt like I was going to drop and land nose-first. I guess I need to stay on the 4th stair for a bit longer.

GM, I find that I need to warm up for a set before Iโ€™m fully at my best. Maybe do a set on the 4th and then try the next set from the 3rd?
