50 this morning in generously spaced sets of 5.

Question: when you are reaching your max (not you, flying finn), what gives first? For me it is the shoulders and uppisty bits or upper arms.

Triceps for me, then chest, but like UD I tend to keep the sets smaller and not get to that max limit very often.

90 today in 15s in between cleans as a CrossFit workout. Absolute respect to the folks doing sets of 20 or more. 15s are hard!

I've been doing 50-100 a day last few weeks, I am conservatively estimating 1,000 in January and will count properly from here on. I started on 10s and now mixing it up with a few more but making sure they're all done properly.
