But a lot better today so did Day 10 at lunch time to catch up, digging out some dumbbells that I have but never use. Plan was to do todays’s straight after work but managed to forget so just done it in my pyjamas Wasn’t sure where best to do the dips. Used a chair but realised that a wooden bench we have would be perfect so I’ll use that tomorrow. Tomorrow! Last day!
