PF exercises done last night and this morning, and I have my spikey ball by my side for occasional random foot rollings.

I did my exercises early! I was supposed to go swimming this morning and gym tomorrow but I didn't get up in time. So I was super determined and went to the gym at lunchtime and I'll go swimming tomorrow.

Lol! I read this as "go to the physio 100 times in 2018" £££ Ouch, I thought! But do the physio exercises that you paid £££ to be told to do? I'm with that! We used to have another thread for that, but happy to follow this one too.

Did my foam roller and stretches yesterday before gym. But... haven't done my ice and elevate since Saturday. Need to remember to do in evenings. :-) G

Been to physio. She has changed my stretches. Not going to do the morning ones as she was brutal. Will do evening ones.
