Hello!

Currently have a frozen shoulder. Physio twice a day. Managed it so far. Am also trying to do a longer strengthening routine twice a week.

Day 5 of the squat challenge is a rest day. I walked a few miles before and after my run today and had no calf pain.

Sound idea. I have to do back stuff pretty much every day and knee work several times a week.
And today I have been good and done the lot.

I think I need to be here. Been plagued with plantar fasc in my left foot since last September, and really need to do foot and calf stuff to help it go away and stay away.

Before bed tonight, the exercises will be done!
