Billy Oh Dear, no more predictions for me .1st mile- 6.19 and felt comfortable but then just couldn't cope with the heat. |

Lycra Hurricane It gets hotter every year at this race, and I can't complain about my time, as I gave it everything on the day. The leg turned out fine. |

Lakes On a scale of 1 to hot that was hot. But then again it's always hot for this race but this seemed hotter. Remind before my next race not to do Friday night track, cycle with Mrs Lycra as support for her 8 mile trainging run on Saturday am and umpire a cricket match for 6 hours in the heat on Sat pm. I have tired legs. |

Greenman As everyone else has said, it was hot!! Not much shade on the course either, pushed as hard as I could all the way, bit disappointed with the time but blame the conditions. |
