V slow start. Then decided to try and catch up with S. Couldn't reach her so settled into a nice pace. Hamstring started to hurt at about halfway so slowed down. Then had to stop to sort out cones that had blown over. Then had to stop again to do the same thing a bit further on. Not bad time considering.
