Set out to do the loop round Plumbland at an easy effort level. Decided on the hoof to do six 100dp efforts with 40dp recoveries starting at 4 miles (downhill, obstacles unlikely provided the sheep stayed in the fields). Lost count. Just as well I'm neuromundane enough to cope with odd numbers of reps.
Still got delicate adductors and triceps.
Really nice out, warmish but not too warm, light breeze.
