Wanted to give it a go today started ok know I would struggle in parts 8 to 9 miles then I stared to work hard as I can . best I have done this year so happy with that.

i have to take every positive i can these dayz and i see i was quicker over the last .14 than you. my training with mr Bolt is working lol we'll forget the warmup 13 miles...
