Last km was tough but I felt strong an convinced myself I was. Didn't realised it was sub 19 till trying to stop wash after finish! Glad I did put in the extra oooomph I nearly gave up in in the last 50m
Not quite vomit inducing so more to come but it was getting close!
Breeze was the way I don't like - on homewards stretch BUT it had eased since warm up and maybe turned a little to cross wind at times so no too big an effect.
