Notes & Comments

Giving the Nike Pegasus 40 (size 5.5, lightly preused) a whirl. Not as clunky as the Triumph 21 but slappier underfoot. Not tripping over my own toes.
Sunny, warmer than it felt (very light breeze still has an edge to it). I knew I was running a little harder than was ideal for an easy run but rolled with it. I don't think I could have picked up my legs and done strides. Woo-woo head from when I came out of Harriston till 2.3 miles (I was waiting for it to settle). Happened yesterday too, probably an effect of the cycling.
