Yay! Super run and you got faster at the end
Well done Mizzle, I knew you could do it. I just decided at 7.5k that I was better keeping the pace and try to let you follow, rather than run alongside and let you set the pace, it clearly worked!! V well done on PB, there's more to come too!!
